SHIPPING
All items are sent with Australia Post. Shipping is calculated at Checkout via AusPost rates. If you are needing your order in a hurry please select Express Postage (at extra cost to the customer) at Checkout. Due to COVID-19 there are delays with shipping, please consider this when placing your order.
Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. Unfortunately if your parcel does go missing it is NOT OUR responsibility, but the responsibility of Australia Post. If your parcel is returned to us, we may charge you to resend it.
All parcels have tracking available.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange on any full or promotional price product returned to our store within 14 days. After the 14 day period we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
No refunds will be given for change of mind after product is shipped.
Please note we do not offer refunds or exchange on earrings or masks due to hygiene reasons. For items purchased as a bundle/set, you must return all items purchased under the offer as we do not offer partial returns.
All items eligible for return must be returned in original saleable condition.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
